Services and Recovery Resources

CONSULTATION

Consultation is simply a free initial phone call to open the dialogue about how addiction has impacted you and what questions you have about treatment options and clinical resources.

INSURANCE VERIFICATION FOR TREATMENT OPTIONS

Every insurance policy is different in regard to benefits and services covered.  Additionally, benefits listed on a policy do not guarantee treatment coverage. Insurance verification will explain insurance benefits allowed under the policy however, an interpretation of the language and payor trends of insurance companies is important to understanding how your policy will or won’t work for your specific treatment goals.

FAMILY/SOCIAL SUPPORT RECOMMENDATIONS

This is super important! Family & social support plays a valuable role in the process of recovery from addiction.

I offer monthly family education groups that will follow a set curriculum of topics related to family recovery.  Recommendations also include support options for codependency counseling and detachment coaching.

RECOVERY ON THE MOVE

This is a unique 8 week group that meets one day a week. The group incorporates the physical act of running/walking and group therapy for women already in recovery.

Group therapy will be a combination of process and set curriculum related to issues women face in recovery.

Participants have the option of training for a 5k during the group series that will conclude the week of July 4th with the free Watermelon Crawl 5k at Lake Mayer.

LEVEL OF CARE RECOMMENDATIONS

Level of care recommendations are based on the progression of addiction and your level of readiness for change. This often can be achieved during the initial phone consultation or may require further education/assessment.

RESEARCH TREATMENT OPTIONS

Once level of care needs are established, finding the right treatment option becomes the next step.  There are many treatment options and one size does not fit all.  Locating appropriate treatment programs and facilities is a team effort.  We’ll partner together to ask the right questions and navigate the best treatment fit for clinical need, geographical location, and financial resources.
